(Convenience fee applies for eCheck and card transactions)



WAYS TO PAY YOUR BILL:

In our office during normal business hours:
We ask that you please bring your billing statement. After hours payments may be left in drop box and will be received next business day.
(PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CASH IN DROP BOX. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LEFT CASH.)

Automated phone payments are available:
Our automated IVR
system is available 24/7 to pay by Visa or Mastercard. To use this service, call (931) 381-8900 and select option 2. Your current account number is required to use this service.


We offer monthly bank draft:
We offer recurring monthly ACH draft for our customers. This will allow your payment to be drafted on the due date. If interested, printable forms are located under the Available Forms tab on the website, or may be requested at the office. A voided check is required.

Online payments are now available:
We accept eCheck and Credit Card Payments through our online portal. You may sign up for your new online account here. Please be sure all routing, account, and card information is entered correctly. Any returns may be subject to a return/handling fee.
